Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or returns due to the fact that our pieces are made to order.
However, if there is an issue with your piece, please contact our Customer Service immediately upon delivery via email at email@example.com. We will always repair an item that has broken.
Along with your email, please include an image of the item that is in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of your purchase.
We replace items if they are damaged upon receipt. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please immediately contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must be notified within 24 hours after the item has been delivered to you.
When returning the damaged item to us, you must insure the item at its full value and return it in its original packaging, with the receipt.
You must use a trackable shipping service and require a direct signature upon receipt. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
